Breasts can start growing as early as age 10 and don’t stop until your early 20s.

Breasts have only one biological purpose – for feeding babies.

The average breast size in America is currently a 36C, although 15 years ago it was a 34B.

No two breasts are exactly the same size, and it is usually your left breast that is bigger than the right side. However, often the difference is so slight, you’d never notice they are of different sizes.

Having a baby changes the breasts forever, and many women get larger (but much less perky) breasts after pregnancy.

During puberty breasts can develop rapidly causing discomfort, sensitivity and even stretch marks.

Cleavage is not determined by breast size. Breasts that are fuller in the middle will have greater cleavage.

Very large breasts can cause back pain and poor posture.

Sheila Hershey is said to have the largest breast implants in the world – she wears a 38KKK bra and the implants are 10 litres (2.6 gallons).

The bra is more than just underwear, it’s necessary to keep the breast supported and to stop injury to the breast tissue while playing sports.

Breast cancer is rare in teen aged girls but it is important they get used to checking their breasts for lumps and irregularities as soon as they start having menstruation.

Everyone has some nipple hair. Each woman has between 2-15 dark, straight strands growing. Generally, the darking your skin and hair, the darker the nipple hair. Of course, they can be waxed or tweezeed off.
