We all have fantasies. Some of our fantasies run wild while we’re kids. When we become adults, the fantasies linger with us. Who would not like to fantasize about a dream and fairy tale wedding? Better yet…who would not dream about winning the lottery and not going to work? We all do.
Raise your hand if you recognize 1 or 2. Remember what Freud once said: only unsatisfied people have sexual fantasies.
Winning the lottery:
75/100 women fantasize regularly about winning the lottery. Many of them admit that they play weekly lotto to advance their chances of winning. Some have also grouped together to multiply their chances of winning.
Prince-Charming:
85% of the survey unmarried women fantasize about marrying a prince charming with the right physique. Some even desired to find a husband that will let them stop working.
A Day in the Life of a Man:
40/100 women wondered and fantasized about what it would be like to live a life of the opposite sex. They tried to understand men’s actions and tried to understand why they act the way they do. This situation is similar to Beyoncé’s song…If I Were a Boy….
Lesbianism/Bisexualism:
Many women have also admitted that they fantasized about being a lesbian. These individuals were all straight; dating or married. I believe it was just the social influences and stereotypes which brought out such fantasies. They agreed.
No Responsibilities:
Women have a huge load of work to do. Many of them work, care for kids, husband and the house. They cook, wash, clean and read bedtime stories to their kids. When feeling tired, some women dream about being free of all responsibilities.
Emotional Needs:
Women tend to be emotional and intimate. They are overly concerned about others, including their love.
Beauty:
Women worry about their beauty. They want to make sure that their faces and body are perfect. They sometimes compare themselves with other women, including celebrities. This is in tune with Freud’s quote on non-satisfaction.
Being in Control:
Almost all of the women surveyed believed that they thought about being in control and wanting to have more power than they at the time had. They even dreamed about teaching someone a lesson or two about morals. Rightfully so, I may add.
Getaway island:
Massages and sitting on the beach with a tropical drink and with no one to bother them were a quote taken from someone being surveyed. Stress sometimes gets to people in the wrong ways. Fantasies are a way to deal with the stress.
First Time/First Kiss:
Women, who never slept with a guy, fantasize about their first time or kiss. Who does not? Men do it all the time. It’s natural for heaven’s sake. Movies like Juno would not be popular otherwise. People easily connect.

Breast Enhancement Options: The Six Things You Should Know about Breast Enlargement
This article was written in non-technical, easy to understand language to help women to begin collecting information. But use this information as a starter. Keep reading and collecting information; get other opinions before making any decisions. To help you in your research, we have developed a search engine especially focused on the subject of Breast Enlargement and Breast Enhancement, called simply “Breast Implant”. Many of the websites will have excellent information that will go into more detail than you have seen here. While we can not promise that all the information that you will find here will be useful, this search engine will help you to find the information you need.
Many women and most glamour models consider some form of breast enlargement. This is because models depend on the shape of their bodies for their career and most women want to be more desirable to men. While it is probably true that large breasts are desired by most model agencies, it is not true that large breasts are desired by all men. In fact, several surveys have shown that the majority of men prefer medium sized breasts, or have no preference about breast size. Still, for many women and particularly for models, the thought of larger breast size is very appealing. Once you have decided on some sort of breast enlargement, it is suggested to understand your options. This article will detail many options in non-technical language that is easy to read and understand. At the end of the article, we will introduce you to an excellent tool to help you to continue your research.
1. Breast Implants are Still the Most Effective
Breast implants are the most effective form of breast enlargement. They will certainly grow your breast size but they are not without their risks. Since 1962, an estimated 2 to 3 million women have undergone breast implant surgery, most of them in the US. In the USA, until recently the only implants available were the type that is filled with saline (salt water), while the outside wall of the implant is made of silicone. However, in 2006, the US regulatory agency FDA allowed companies to sell silicone filled breast implants. These breast implants not only have walls made of silicone, the inside fluid is silicone as well.
Silicone filled implants received a very negative image in the 1980s and 1990s because of reports of leakage or rupture lead to immune system damage. In fact it was determined that over half of all implants leaked or ruptured over time. In 1992 the FDA banned the sale of silicone filled breast implants in the USA due to the perceived risks from rupture or leakage of silicone fluid into the body, but allowed the sale of saline filled breast implants because if there is leakage or rupture and salt water is released in the body, there are no negative effects.
While silicone filled implants are ‘new’ in the USA, in other areas of the world, such as Europe, where silicone implants were not removed from the market, they are by far more popular than saline filled implants. The reason is that silicone filled implants have a more natural look and feel than saline. Women and doctors are apparently prepared to assume the higher risk for the improved results.
But implant rupture is an ongoing reality and the risk of rupture increases with the age of the implant. A conservative estimate is that over 1% of silicone filled implants will rupture after 3 years, and 5-15% after 10 years. But in reality the risk of rupture may be much higher. This means that most women who get a silicone implant must understand that they will likely face a lifetime of surgery and certainly a lifetime of MRI scans to check the implant and see if it is ruptured or leaking.
Other than being safer, saline filled implants have other advantages over silicone. They are less expensive and since they may be inserted empty and filled with saline when they are already in place, a smaller incision is required and this means a smaller scar.
Keep in mind that no matter what the implant is filled with, the outside wall is silicone. However, the risk to the body from the silicone in the wall of the implant is thought to be much less than the risk to body if the silicone in the filling is released.
2. TUBA vs TransAxillary vs Peri-peri-areolar vs Inframammary, What Is In It For You?
Ok, you have decided to go for implants. How do you want the implant to be put in place? This is an important decision, because any surgery has the risk of scaring. So, where the cut is made will determine where the scar will be. But as the cut gets further from the breast, the skill of the surgeon is more important for proper placement. TUBA has the least likelihood of significant scarring while inframammary has the most. TUBA means that the cut is actually made in the belly button, so the risk of scaring is almost minimal. Take a look at your belly button, would anyone see a scar in there? Transaxillary means that the cut (and scar) are in the arm-pit. With Peri-areolar the cut is around the nipple and with Inframammary, the cut is where the breast meets the chest wall. While the inframammary probably has the highest risk of scarring, if your breasts hang a bit, the scar probably won’t be seen too much unless you are lying down. But the advantage is that there is probably the best chance for a proper placement of the implant because the cut is made right next to where the implant needs to go. With saline filled implants,an empty implant is squeezed through the smallest hole possible and filled with salt water after it is in place. This is done so that the scar will be as small as possible. Most likely, if you select silicone implants the surgeon will use inframmamary placement. The reason is that most silicone implants are pre-filled and too big to pass through a small hole in the belly button or arm-pit and moved to the right location. As a result, the risk of visible scarring with silicone implants will be likely be bigger.
Other Issues
Besides the type of implant and the placement of the scar, there are other issues to consider.
- Implant size (is bigger better?)
- Implant placement (behind or in-front of the chest muscles).
- Implant shape (round, tear drop, etc)
- Smooth vs textured
We won’t go into these issues here, but it is recommended that you consider them before making your final decisions.
3. Getting the Right Doctor is Most Important For Success
Probably the most important thing you can do is choose an experienced plastic surgeon. Every surgeon has to have his or her first patient in a new procedure and you do not want that patient to be you. Believe it or not, in some US states and in many countries, any physician can practice plastic surgery, without having formal training in plastic surgery. By all means make certain that your physician is trained and qualified to conduct plastic surgery. How can you check on a surgeon’s credentials? If you are in the USA, you can do a free search on the www.plasticsurgery.org . All of the surgeons in their data base are board certified plastic surgeons. A similar service is offered by American Board of Medical Specialties. ( www.abms.org ). Most states have a website where you can get information about physicians. Finally, you can pay for a physician credential verification organization such as www.searchpointe.com to do a search for you. They will not only check credentials, but let you know if the physician is in good standing or has been sued. But also, don’t be afraid to ask questions of your doctor. You can ask them about their qualifications, where they trained, what kind of ongoing training they do, and how often have they performed the procedure that they will do on you. Go to the first meeting together with a friend and ask your friend to take notes. The physician will most likely be honest with you, if for no other reason then your friend and your notes will be very powerful in case there is a serious problem and legal dispute. You might consider having such a meeting with two or three surgeons before selecting the one to operate on you. Before making your appointment, ask if there is a fee for the initial consultation.
4. Breast Enhancing Creams and Pills, a Gamble at Best
Unlike pharmaceuticals and implants which are highly regulated, the sale of herbal creams and pills is not regulated. This means that there is no evidence to show that these work. The companies that sell them often show you nice photos and make claims to encourage you to buy their products, and there are often people who will tell you that they work. But the truth is that there is no firm evidence to support these claims. If you decide to try breast enhancing creams or pills you may be spending your money for nothing.
5. Brava System, An Alternative to the Knife?
This is a medical device that fits over the breasts and applies continual suction. Apparently this system does, minimally, increase breast size. But the device must be put in place for 10 hours every day, for at 10 weeks. According to many women it is very uncomfortable. Some wearers report feeling that someone is ripping their breasts off all day long. The costs are quite high and the results may not be worth the costs. But if you are intent on seeing some quick breast enlargement without surgery, this might be an option to consider.
6. Exercise; The Place to Start
The breasts sit on top of the chest (pectoral) muscles. If these muscles get strong and grow, the fatty tissue in the breast will stick out more giving you a larger breast size. One effective way to increase your breast size (and shape) is to dedicate yourself to an intensive program of chest development exercises. But every woman is different in terms of how responsive her muscles are to exercise. This will work, but it takes hard work and determination. You will not see the instant growth like you will with implants. On the other hand there is little cost; few risks and you will not have to undergo MRI scans and surgery for the rest of your life. This is controversial and some will dispute it. But if you do increase your chest muscle size, without decreasing your body fat, your overall breast dimension should expand. Consider this option first.

Man's Guide to Lingerie
When a man wants to buy a gift of lingerie for his lady, it can be a huge and bewildering task. Where do you start? So many brands and styles exist. What are the differences? This short and basic guide to styles and brands of lingerie will help to clarify the basics and will give you the essentials necessary to ask for advice in a shop, department store or boutique.
There are 6 different categories of lingerie in the market: Sporty, Natural, Elegant, Designer, Sexy and Bridal Lingerie. Of course, these categories can overlap, Bridal or sexy lingerie can be made by a designer. Sporty lingerie can also be natural. Natural can be sexy. But understanding these six categories will help one to determine which lingerie to select.
Natural Lingerie, in general tends to be functional and less obvious. Simplicity, quality and comfort tend to be the major criteria for use. Darjeeling is for women who prefer the natural look.
The purpose of sporty lingerie is that the lingerie should support but not hinder the lifestyle of the woman. They should not be obvious under tight clothing and yet not give up anything in the way of functionality. Prada is well known for their sport lingerie. Sloggi developed a strong image in this area as well.
Elegant lingerie is designed to give the woman a look of subtle sensuality without being too obviously erotic. Many types and styles of elegant lingerie cross over with designers. Chantelle’s is one example of elegant lingerie.
Designer lingerie gives a woman the feeling of being special. As few people will ever know she is wearing lingerie made by a designer, the woman who spends the money on designer lingerie is spending it mostly for herself. The focus is on style over comfort or quality. Versace, Agent Provocateur and Dolce and Gabbana are a few important designers of lingerie. Dolce and Gabbana, probably best known for the designer sunglasses and being the designer for Madonna and other Hollywood celebrities, make very attractive lingerie.

Sexy lingerie combines a wide range of styles and look. Many different types of lingerie can be included here, such as thongs or g-strings, teddy, corsets, garters, body stockings, sheer lingerie etc. (Click to see examples of sheer, thongs, stockings and sexy lingerie). To be sure, any of these can be included in other categories.
For example a thong can be sporty or elegant. A corset can be sexy, provocative or elegant. Any of them can be made by a designer. But the overall look of these types of lingerie gives the woman a sexy feel. Victoria’s Secret has a focus on sexy lingerie. Fredericksis their fading competitor. Lola Luna specializes in G-Strings or thongs. Lady Marlene focuses on Bustiers. Lise Charmel of France combines seduction with fashion. Bridal Lingerie is made especially for that one day for which a woman waits all of her life, her wedding night. Usually it combines a white, creamy color with elegant and sexy style. Comfort or durability is hardly an issue here, but sensuality and style are essential. It seems that every lingerie designer markets a line of bridal lingerie. Click to see examples of Bridal Lingerie
Where should you buy? It depends on where you live. Lingerie tends to be national or regional. Though some manufacturers are attempting to become global, there is no one company dominating the global market:
Chantelle Lingerie is one of the world's top selling brands of lingerie, exporting to more than 50 countries. Passioneta and Darjeeling are Chantelle brands. However, Chantelle lingerie can be difficult to find in North America.
La Perla began as a small Italian manufacturer of corsets and is now well known internationally as one of the highest quality luxury lingerie manufacturers.
Elle Macpherson is an Australian supermodel who turned lingerie designer. While her designs focus on subtle feminine sexuality, her ads are much more provacative. As an indication of how successful her designs are, income from her company Elle Macpherson Intimates has helped to make her one of the richest women in Australia.
Triumph is a German lingerie manufacturer that like La Perla had its beginnings as a small local manufacturer of corsets and has grown to an international corporation. Sloggi is a brand which is owned by Triumph. Triumph is barely existent in North America.
Aubade was one of the first companies to market lingerie as sexually appealing apparel. Until this French designer of luxury lingerie revolutionized the industry, women's intimates were simply meant to be functional, not to be seen. Aubade has been a pioneer ever since producing elegant and exciting French styles that is high quality and feminine.
Cosabella is a unique mixture of US and Italian manfacturing. With headquarters in the US and manufacturing in Italy, Cosabella has a distinct European look, with lingerie in every color of the rainbow. But the designs are made to fit US demands. Click here to see more about Cosabella Lingerie.
Le Mystere was a small US brand of lingerie, until it was discovered by Oprah Winfrey. Le Mystere Tisha Bra is Oprah's favorite bra. After Oprah's recommendation, Le Mystere was an overnight success, with product flying off of the shelf faster than the company could manufacture it.
Victoria’s Secret was started in the 1977 by Roy Raymond who wanted a European style shop that was accessible to males as well as females. Raymond sold his company in 1982 to The Limited Inc and it has grown up to be the top manufacturer of lingerie. However, Victoria’s Secret is almost unknown in Europe.

Sexy Lingerie
Lingerie is a term for fashionable and possibly alluring undergarments. The term in the French language applies to all undergarments for either gender. In English it is applied specifically to those undergarments designed to be visually appealing or erotic. Lingerie usually incorporating one or more flexible, stretchy materials like Lycra, nylon (nylon tricot), polyester, satin, lace, and silk which are not typically used in more functional, basic cotton undergarments.
Etymology
The word derives from the French word linge, "washables"—as in faire le linge, "do the laundry"—and ultimately from lin for washable linen, the fabric from which European undergarments were made before the general introduction of cotton from Egypt and then from India. It is commonly pronounced in English with a faux French pronunciation (such as LONJ-er-ee in British pronunciation or lonj-er-AY in the doubly non-French American pronunciation.) True French pronunciation is lan-zhree (/læⁿˈʒri/).
Origins
The concept of lingerie as visually appealing undergarment was developed during the late nineteenth century. Lady Duff-Gordon of Lucile was a pioneer in developing lingerie that freed women from more restrictive corsets. Through the first half of the 20th century, women wore underwear for three primary reasons: to alter their outward shape (first with corsets and later with girdles or bras), for hygienic reasons, or for modesty. Before the invention of crinoline, women's underwear was often very large and bulky. During the late 19th century, corsets became smaller, less bulky and constricting, and were gradually supplanted by the brassiere, first patented in the 20th century by Mary Phelps Jacob. When the First World War broke out, women found themselves filling in men's work roles, creating a demand for more practical undergarments. Manufacturer began to use lighter and more breathable fabrics.
As the 20th century progressed, underwear became smaller and more form fitting. In the 1960s, lingerie manufacturers such as Frederick's of Hollywood begin to glamorize lingerie. The lingerie industry expanded in the 21st century with designs that double as outerwear. The French refer to this as 'dessous-dessus' which basically means innerwear as outerwear. The boutique Faire Frou Frou, which is an antiquated phrase meaning "show it off", heralds this philosophy by categorizing lingerie as an accessory with details such as straps and lace trim that should be layered and shown as part of one's outerwear

History of Lingerie
Lingerie as we know it is a relatively recent concept. Your grandmother would probably never combine the word sexy and lingerie in the same sentence. In the early part of the 20th century, women’s underwear was designed for functionality rather than sensuality. No one, with the possible exception of a Moulin Rouge Can Can Dancer, bought underwear to be seen in it. Until 1960s, women’s underwear served three main purposes:
- shape
- hygiene
- modesty
Corset and Girdle
Shape was provided by binding the body to compress it at the center and move flesh from the waist to the breasts and hips. From the 16th to the 19th century this was accomplished by the corset, a device that would squeeze a woman’s waist to as little as 16 or 17 inches (40 - 43 cm).
Shape was provided by binding the body to compress it at the center and move flesh from the waist to the breasts and hips. From the 16th to the 19th century this was accomplished by the corset, a device that would squeeze a woman’s waist to as little as 16 or 17 inches (40 - 43 cm).
Some women as well as men would practice “tight lacing”, a practice of training the body to accept progressively narrower binding and achieve an extremely exaggerated, hourglass shape as shown in th cartoon commentary from 1893 shown below. For many, however, the corset was painful and limited movement.
This cartoon about Tight Lacing Corsets was published in 1893
During the 1920s, the corset was gradually replaced by the girdle. The girdle also shaped the body, but used elastic material rather than bindings, which was much more comfortable and less extreme. The girdle was designed to smooth a woman’s body, and give it a more appealing line. The girdle either started at the shoulders as seen in the photo, or at the waist. It was closed by either hook and eye type closures (such as in modern day brassiers) or zippers as shown in the photo. At the bottom of the girdle were usually fasteners that clipped to stockings to hold them in place. By the 1960s the girdle gradually disappeared and was replaced by the panty girdle. The panty girdle was replaced by (control top) pantyhose which will be discussed in more detail below.
Brassiere
There is much controversy about who first invented the brassiere. Henry Lesher is credited by some with patenting the first brassiere, in 1859. While his design looks more or less like a bra, (though the figure of the person wearing it hardly looks like a woman), he designed it primarily as a “breast pad and perspiration shield”. While it was also designed to “give a symmetrical rotundity” it was not intended for breast support. (click to see Henry Lesher's patent ) Many attribute the invention of the modern brassiere to Mary Phelps Jacob mostly because her patent was the first to use the french word "brassiere". Her invention was backless and was held in place by straps which wrapped around the woman and tied in front. But, as she writes in her patent description, on February 12, 1914 her invention was meant to be worn with evening gowns that were cut low in the back and was intended to “cover the top of the corset and hold the wearer in proper form”. Again, she did not mention breast support. (click to see Mary P. Jacob's patent) Still others believe that the brassiere was invented by Herminie Cadolle in 1889. Interestingly the company she founded, Cadolle Paris, is still in existance today, but no mention of Herminie’s invention is made on the company website. When contacted for comment or information, the company did not respond. Marie Tucek patented a breast supporter in 1893. While the design appears very similar in design to the modern day brassiere, there are some design flaws. Marie Tucek's garment was never marketed and would probably not have been very successful if it had been. (click to see Marie Tucek's patent)
Olivia P. Flynt writes in her patent application on January 10 1876 (38 years before Jacob, 17 years before Tucek and 13 years before Cadolle), that her invention is “specially designed as a bust support and improver”…”preserving and producing a more comely outline and comfortable feeling than the corset”. She further writes “this garment is specially adapted to ladies having larger busts, and will be used instead and take the place of a corset, thereby enabling beauty of form to be used instead and taking the place of a corset”. “The garment sustains the bust from the shoulders….and holds or presses up the lower portion of the bust”. (click to see Oliva P Flynt's patent) The woman was describing not only the first brassiere, but also the modern day bra. It is obvious that Olivia Flynt in 1876 envisioned and invented the modern day brassiere! Olivia was the holder of no less than 6 clothing patents and was a successful manufacturer of women’s undergarments.
Panties
Until 1970s, women’s underpants (panties in America, knickers in England) served one main purpose: protection and cleanliness of the outerwear. Neither sexy nor attractive, they were originally designed to be functional. In the 1800’s they were called ‘drawers’. Some drawers were full body outfits; others just came to the waist. Usually the longer type had convenient flaps in the backs, as shown in the photo, so that the wearer did not have to get undressed when using the toilet.
There is much controversy about who first invented the brassiere. Henry Lesher is credited by some with patenting the first brassiere, in 1859.
Drawers and knickers had one thing in common that is almost unknown today; the underwear extended down to cover a part of the thigh as can be seen in this 1935 ad for Vanity Fair panties where three thigh lengths are offered.
As time went on, ladies underwear became smaller and smaller. First, the thigh covering became shorter and shorter until by the 1950s they completely disappeared and the panty was born. But even then panties were large, baggy and unattractive as can be seen in this 1956 ad for Lollipops ladies ‘briefs’. By the 1960s, companies like Frederick’s of Hollywood started to glamorize lingerie. In this ad from 1961, the string panty is clearly seen.
Though not a common place item for many decades to come the string, or glamour string as Frederick's called it, is proof that lady's underwear have gone from full body covering to the barest of essentials. Where will they go from here?
Pantyhose
The miracle of the pantyhose is that it combined for the first time, the panty and stockings into one garment. Until the late 1950’s the girdle got smaller and lighter, but stockings were a separate item, to be clipped to a garter belt or girdle as seen in this 1953 ad for Silf Skin panty girdles.

In 1959, Glen Raven combined the panty with the stockings and created the first pantyhose as can be seen in their ad below which states “it is September 1964 and you are still struggling with garters? Isn’t it time you tried Glen Raven Panti-Legs?”

Lingerie Patents
Below is the diagram and description of the garment invented by Henry Lesher in 1859. The garment had shields to absorb perpiration and inflatable pads built in when one breast was larger than the other. However, this garment was not intended for breast support.
The Design
The Patent
Below are the diagrams and descriptions for Mary Jacob Phelps garment patented November 3, 1914. This item was not designed a breast supporter, rather it goes over the breasts much like a t-shirt or camisole. It was a corset cover, designed to be worn with low cut evening gowns to "cover the top of the corset and hold the wearer in proper form". It is fastened by strings which wrap around the back and tie in the front. No modern bra fastens this way. So, why is Mary Jacob Phelps credited by so many to be the inventor of the modern day bra?
The Design
The Patent
Below is Marie Tucek's invention from 1893. Indeed it resembles the modern day bra and is reminicent of an underwire bra. However, it is designed to support the breasts from below via the metal plate "A".. It is not meant to cover the breast nor to give support from above. There is no discussion about how to give support to the pockets "B". The way it is designed, it would probably not give much support to a large breast which would likely simply hang over the edge of the metal. This brassiere was never marketed for obvious reasons.
The Design
Below is Oliva P. Flynt's 1876 patent for her "Bust Supporter". It is clear that this is the invention of the modern day bra:
- Having individual pockets for the breasts and weight bearing shoulder straps, it was designed and intended for no other purpose than to support and shape the breasts. She writes that her garment is "specially designed as a bust supporter and improver", Further, "the garment sustains the bust from the shoulders and at the same time presses upon the lower portion of the bust and above the body and under the arms and holds or presses up the lower portion of the bust". She also writes "The function and the garment fitted to the form prevents the bust from descending uncomfortably low".
- While in the diagram it appears to go over the clothing, this was likely due to the modesty of the times. She writes that her garment "is to be worn next to the body or outside the undervest as suits the wearer"
- Unlike many other inventions, this garment was NOT intended to be used together with a corset, she writes that it "will be used instead and take the place of a corset, thereby enabling beauty of form to be preserved without lacing or otherwise injuriously pressing or binding the body."
- She even foresaw the padded bra: "Those double bust pieces are not stitched together but left open in order to form a pocket for the insertion of padding material, should it be required to improve the outline or form of the bust"
- There are some that state that the shoulder straps are too big to look like a modern bra. But the size of the shoulder straps is clearly NOT relevant to her invention. She writes on the second page, paragraph 3: "That portion of the garment extending over the shoulder may be made narrower and may be made more or less high in the neck....and may be trimmed with lace or other ornaments".

Breast Facts : Interesting Facts about Breasts
Breasts can start growing as early as age 10 and don’t stop until your early 20s.
Breasts have only one biological purpose – for feeding babies.
The average breast weighs 1.1 lbs and contains 4-5% of the body’s fat.
The average breast size in America is currently a 36C, although 15 years ago it was a 34B.
No two breasts are exactly the same size, and it is usually your left breast that is bigger than the right side. However, often the difference is so slight, you’d never notice they are of different sizes.
Having a baby changes the breasts forever, and many women get larger (but much less perky) breasts after pregnancy.
During puberty breasts can develop rapidly causing discomfort, sensitivity and even stretch marks.
Cleavage is not determined by breast size. Breasts that are fuller in the middle will have greater cleavage.
Very large breasts can cause back pain and poor posture.
Sheila Hershey is said to have the largest breast implants in the world – she wears a 38KKK bra and the implants are 10 litres (2.6 gallons).
The bra is more than just underwear, it’s necessary to keep the breast supported and to stop injury to the breast tissue while playing sports.
Breast cancer is rare in teen aged girls but it is important they get used to checking their breasts for lumps and irregularities as soon as they start having menstruation.
Everyone has some nipple hair. Each woman has between 2-15 dark, straight strands growing. Generally, the darking your skin and hair, the darker the nipple hair. Of course, they can be waxed or tweezeed off.
All breasts, no matter what size and no matter what guys may say, are beautiful and amazing to the opposite sex.

Breast Size Through Bra Size
Most women do not know their exact breast size.
7 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size – a very widespread common indeed.
How to Measure Breast Size For Proper Bra Size
Wear a bra that you think makes your breasts the right shape and feels most comfortable.
Next you will need to take two measurements with a flexible measuring tape.
- The first measurement is around your ribcage, just below your breasts. Add 5 to this number to get your band size. If the resulting band size was an odd number, round up to the next even number because bra bands only come in even numbers.
- The second measurement is around the fullest part of your breast with your favorite bra on. This measurement is your cup size.
Subtract your band size from your cup size to calculate the right cup size. See the bra cup size chart below.

Bras With Thin Straps Cause Headaches
Bras with thin straps can cause headaches and lead to serious nerve damage.
Physicians at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas say wearing thin bra straps too tightly is dangerous for women. If a strap is so tight that it digs into the shoulder, it puts downward pressure on the cervical nerve. The cervical nerve runs from the neck to the shoulder and is an important component of the nerve system. Damaging it can cause frequent headaches, neck pain or numbness. Over time, it can cause pain that radiates from the shoulder all the way down the arms and into the hands.
Tight bra straps are especially hazardous for full-busted women, but all women are susceptible. Swimsuits with spaghetti straps and shoulder-strap purses worn for several hours at a time are also a problem.
The solution is to find a good-fitting bra, say UT Southwestern physicians.
Shop for support bras with wide straps. This distributes the weight more evenly.

Flirting Tips for LADIES
Women are so much more subtle about flirting clues that men need to really pay attention. Ladies, men are not used to women flirting with them. An overwhelming majority of men said they would just love it if a woman would talk to them first or at least express a larger clue that you were interested in checking them out.
#1: Repeated contact...at least three separate verbal or non-verbal clues need to be given. Why? The first time he's going to look around and make sure it's really him that you are flirting with. The second, he knows it's him and he gets flushed and pleased. (At this point he'll probably walk by you and at least smile..he's checking you out a little more.) The third time you can express interest-by introducing yourself, or commenting on his tie, or waving from across the room. Now he knows you are open to meeting and it will be a cinch.
#2: Whisper...it always gets their attention. Ask them if you can tell them a secret...Then whisper in their ear: 'I just love your tie...can I buy it from you when you are done with it?'
#3: Don't sit with other women...men don't want you to reject them in front of an audience. If you do go out with a friend...separate every so often or take a breather from talking...men do not want to risk your disapproval by interrupting you. (You have already missed out on a lot of quality polite men who didn't want to interrupt.)
#4: Treat men gently...If someone you are not interested in approaches you and flirts ...be nice.... All the other men are watching to see what you do. If you laugh after he leaves or show visual disapproval, you are cutting your chances on anyone else approaching you. Try shaking his hand and saying something like: 'It was so nice of you to approach me...what's your name? Tom? Tom, I know how hard it is to meet people...I might have a girlfriend who would be interested in you.'
#5: IF he acts like a JERK! Be polite but firm. Hand him a copy of the men's version of 'Flirting with Greatness' and ask him to go practice on someone else. Firmly say that 'lines' with sexual overtones are not only not attractive to you but to most other women in the world.
#6: Use the Buddy system. Walk through a group of men and have someone watch to see who's checking you out.
#7: Become More Irresistible! Show a little leg....wear higher heels...the redder the lipstick the more available and noticeable you will be. Arch your back a little as you sit up tall and cross your legs high. Wear earrings that are interesting enough to make someone comment on them.
#8: Look over your shoulder...and smile at him. This asymmetrical position is always a signal you are interested.
#9: Give him a look all over from head to toe - nod with approval and then flash him your most winning smile.
#10: Remember that flirting is a way of connecting from the heart and acknowledging someone. Be generous! Have Fun!

Butterfly Kiss - With your faces less than a breath away, open and close your eyelids against your partners. If done correctly, the fluttering sensation will match the one in your heart.
Cheek Kiss - A friendly, "I really like you" kiss. Often the preferred kissing method of a first date. With your hands on your partner's shoulders, gently brush your lips across her cheek.

Eskimo Kiss - With your faces less than a breath apart, gently rub your noses together.
Eye Kiss - Hold your partner's head with both hands and slowly move their head in the direction you wish your kiss to go... then slowly kiss up towards your partner's eyes and give them a tender kiss on top of their closed eyes.

Fruity Kiss - Take a small piece of fruit and place between your lips (juicy fruits such as grapes, strawberries, small pieces of pineapple or mango are ideal). Kiss your partner and nibble one half of the piece of fruit while they nibble the other until it breaks in half, allowing the juice to run into your mouths.
Hand Kiss - Gently raise her hand to your lips. Lightly brush your lips across the top of her hand. Historically this kiss was performed with a bow, which showed deference to a lady.
Hickey Kiss - The object is not to draw blood, but to gently leave a mark that will prove your interlude was not a dream. This is often included in erotic foreplay.
Hostage Kiss - Cover your lips with tape and get your love's attention. When they come near, make noises like you're trying to tell them something and motion as if you can't get the tape off. Once they remove the tape from you to hear what you're trying to say tell them: "I've been saving my lips all day just for you!" Then kiss your love passionately!
Hot and Cold Kiss - Lick your partner's lips so that they're warm, and then gently blow on them. The sudden cold blast makes for a sensual explosion, and they will often try it on you next, as well as get very passionate.

Reverse Lips Kiss - It involves standing above your lover and kissing them from over their head. This way, each kisser can take the hyper-sensitive bottom lip of their lover in their mouths, and GENTLY draw blood to the surface of the lip by nibbling and sucking. A very sensuous, connecting kiss.
Searching The Cavern - Use the lips and tongue to gently tickle and kiss your lover's navel. Vary speeds and stroke to change sensation. Invigorating and intoxicating.
Shoulder Kiss - Simply come from behind, embrace her, and kiss the top of her shoulder. This is a sensual, loving kiss.

Now, send a shudder through their skin by gently growling and humming, vibrating your lips and cheeks as you do so. Move up and down the neck, over the bones of the face and lips. Stimulating and erotic when done correctly.
The Whipped Cream Kiss - Dip your finger into some cool whip or whipped cream of your choice. Lick it off slowly, then embrace your partner and kiss them deeply letting their tongue slip over yours for a wonderfully sweet kiss. It's very seductive and passionate.

Tongue Sucking - A variation of the French kiss. During an open-mouth kiss gently suck on your partner's tongue (not too hard because it may hurt). Very sexy :-)

Vacuum Kiss - While kissing open-mouthed, slightly suck in as if you were sucking the air from your partners mouth. This is a playful kiss.

Quickie Kiss - When you're in a rush. Often the nose gets it rather than the lips.
Vacuum Kiss - While kissing open-mouthed, slightly suck in as if you were sucking the air from your partners mouth. This is a playful kiss.
Wake Up Kiss - Before your partner awakes lean over and kiss their cheek and move over giving soft kisses until you reach their lips. Definitely a more than pleasant way to wake up!
Virtual Kiss - For Internet lovers. Send an e-card or a kiss via email with this symbol: :-*
